Coach Paul provides individualized training plans customized to your running background, experiences and goals. Each workout is carefully designed around your needs and includes target paces. All training options include a form assessment using video analysis, and recommended workouts that will help you become a faster, stronger runner and help you to avoid injury. If you are recovering from injury, Coach Paul will work in conjunction with your medical professional.
